North OK Dinghy Mainsails

North has developed three different OK dinghy sails, set to be used depending on the Sailor's weight. 

OK GE-1 Mainsail

The new concept full radial design for heavier sailors, depth down low maintains power whilst flatter head sections create a more forgiving sail to trim in light and heavy airs. The full radial layout provides a straighter exit and faster upwind performance when the wind builds. Built from Contender RS2.5 this powerful sail design is best suited as an all-purpose sail for sailors 96kg and upwards (mast stiffness dependant). All North OK sails are custom-built to match your mast bend numbers which will be required when ordering.

OK GE-2 Mainsail

The new concept full radial design, first developed to win the 2023 Europeans depth down low maintains power whilst flatter head sections create a more forgiving sail to trim in light and heavy airs. The full radial layout provides a straighter exit and faster upwind performance when the wind builds. Built from Contender RS2.5 this 'medium cut' sail design is best suited as an all-purpose sail for sailors 85-96kg  (mast stiffness dependant). All OK sails are custom built to match your mast bend numbers which will be required when ordering.

OK GE-3 Mainsail

The new concept full radial design, good depth down low maintains power whilst flatter head sections create a more forgiving sail to trim in light and heavy airs. The full radial layout provides a straighter exit and faster upwind performance when the wind builds. Built from Contender RS2.5 this 'flat cut' sail design is best suited as an all-purpose sail for sailors below 84kg  (mast stiffness dependant). All OK sails are custom built to match your mast bend numbers which will be required when ordering.
