Refund policy

Our Return Policy allows items to returned within 14 days to be refunded.  When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery.  Goods should be returned in ‘As New” condition along with the original packing where applicable.  We will exchange it for another of similar value.  We cannot, however, refund or exchange damaged goods, books, charts, software, videos, cut lengths of rope or cable etc and any goods which have been made to order. Make sure you include all your details and the reason for your return/exchange.
