Cadet Section
Seldens 2420 section is the only round Cadet section with an integrally extruded sail track - this means that all of the material contributes to the overall stiffness of the spar and results in an unbeatable stiffness for weight ratio, and minimum height C of G.
We recommend a circular section for a spreaderless rig as its relatively high sideways stiffness gives additional sideways support. The integral track also ensures that the track remains attached to the spars for life.

Mast is supplied complete with ‚ T-terminal backplates for shrouds and forestay, low friction bullseye for spinnaker halyard, and stainless rings for easy adjustment of pole height even when the pole is squared.
